Order Processing & Shipping Time

Your total delivery time is calculated as follows: Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Normally 5–7 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare your order, including thorough quality checks and careful packaging.
  • Shipping Time:
    • Standard Shipping: Takes 7–12 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Takes 5–8 business days.
  • Total Estimated Time: 10–19 business days from order to delivery, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

General Shipping Guidelines:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping (7-12 Business Days)

  • Orders below USD 99.00: USD 8.00 shipping fee.
  • Orders USD 99.00 or above: FREE standard shipping.

Express Shipping (5-8 Business Days)

  • All orders: USD 15.00 flat rate shipping fee.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
